Cooperatives
From first job to membership, the model is simple.
During pro onboarding you can apply to the cooperative of your city: . Working independently is always an option too.
Each cooperative is an independent organisation, run by an operator from its own region, a member of the cooperative, not a platform employee, who approves membership requests and reviews appeals. The platform never overrides those decisions.
For every released job, 2% of the pro's price accrues on the cooperative's ledger. Members keep 80%, independent pros keep 82%. Customers pay the same either way.

The share is collected by the platform only on paid, released jobs and settled periodically to the cooperative. It is never kept by the platform. There are no subscriptions, lead fees or penalties, and declining a request costs nothing.
Cooperatives
Four reasons pros and neighbourhoods choose the cooperative model.
Membership and standards are managed by people from the same region who know the local market.
Operators decide their own members and appeals. Platform admins can only suspend a cooperative for platform-safety reasons, never override its decisions.
A pro who declines a request keeps their standing. Cooperatives never pay penalties. The platform has none.
If a cooperative denies a membership request or takes an action, the pro can file an appeal that the operator must review.
