Trust & safety
Every booking on Taskoo is protected by escrow, a support ticket trail and a fix-first policy. Here is exactly how each rail works.
After a completed service we ask for a one-question satisfaction score. A low score opens a review case and a coaching check-in with the professional, never an automatic punishment.
Support conversations live in an immutable timeline with published response targets: about 15 minutes in-app during opening hours and 24 hours by email. Every commitment we make becomes a ticket obligation that must be honoured before the ticket can close.
For a disputed job we can ask the same professional to return and fix it at no cost, while your payment stays safely held. You confirm the fix before any payment is released.
Payments are held by the platform until the service is completed. If the service does not happen (no-show, cancellation, a different person at the door), you are refunded in full automatically, through the same rail you paid with.
A review can only come from a real completed booking. We publish honest reviews, negative ones included, and professionals get one public reply per review.
Unresolved complaints reach the operations lead, and ultimately the founders, including Youssouf DIALLO. We never argue facts in public and we never ask you to close a review as a condition of a fix.
Standards
Published, applied to every case, and reviewed when they are wrong.
Every claim on this page maps to a real part of the product: escrow, automatic refunds, the ticket ledger, mediation and the quality queue. If we ever change how a rail works, this page changes with it.
The full review rules (job-backed reviews, anonymity, right of reply, anti-extortion and the report path) are published in full.
