You pay when you confirm the booking and the money is held securely. It reaches the professional only 24 hours after completion.
If the professional does not show up or sends someone else, you are refunded in full. If the work is not right, make-it-right mediation can bring the same pro back at no extra cost.

You set the price. The platform takes a flat service fee from your side only when a job is paid, and your first completed job is commission-free.
New professionals pay 0% platform commission on their first completed job. Applied automatically, no lock-in, and explicit agreements always take precedence.

The fee is frozen when you accept a job, so your share is confirmed before you start. Cooperatives are independent organisations that receive the 2% share on paid jobs; the platform never keeps it.
