Review rules

1. Only the customer on a completed, paid platform booking can review. No booking, no review.
2. We publish honest reviews, positive and negative. We never delete or hide a review to protect a rating.
3. You can publish anonymously; only your first name and last initial are shown.
4. Professionals can post one public reply per review, and the review always stays visible.
5. Reviews are never bought, incentivized, filtered or solicited selectively.
6. Threatening a review to obtain a discount, refund or extra work is prohibited and can lead to suspension.
7. A professional who believes a review is false or abusive can report it. Our team investigates and, when justified, hides the review from public pages without deleting it. Both sides keep access.
8. Customers and operators with a completed booking can ask never to be matched with a professional again. The professional is never told.

How ratings are used

Ratings are shown on profiles but never decide who is asked for a job: requests always go to the nearest available verified professionals. A professional below 3.5 stars with at least 10 reviews raises a quality review flag that our team evaluates personally, never an automatic pause.
